Bridge, a FinTech company building an AI-native operating system for private market allocators, has raised $5.1 million in seed funding led by Thicket Ventures. Thicket’s participation in early WealthTech is exciting but a natural fit given the pedigree of Bridge’s founding team, which includes founding engineers from Microsoft, Uber, and Plaid. Thicket founder Justin Wisz will join Bridge’s board of directors as the company accelerates product rollout and hiring.
Bridge delivers a unified digital platform designed to help allocators manage, evaluate, and access alternative investments. It replaces manual workflows with an intelligent operating system serving private banks, RIAs, and independent broker-dealers, as well as single- and multi-family offices, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners such as fund administrators and managed service providers. The firm’s end-to-end structure aims to improve transparency, workflow efficiency, and data quality across a fragmented market.
Bridge’s mission aligns with the Alts 2 Wealth theme, which highlights how technology is opening alternative investments to a wider advisor audience. By embedding AI into every layer of its operating system, Bridge brings institutional-grade infrastructure to wealth managers seeking scalable access to private markets. The company’s approach reflects a growing industry shift toward modern, data-driven solutions for alternative investing.
