Finloop, an AI-driven global one-stop wealth technology platform, announced its support for the issuance of the first tokenised note product that allows subscription, redemption and interest payout in HKDAP, a regulated HKD stablecoin issued by Anchorpoint Financial Limited.
The tokenised product is offered to professional investors as a more efficient way to manage cash and liquidity on-chain, with greater flexibility in digital wealth management.
Finloop Finance, an SFC-licensed financial institution and authorised distributor of HKDAP, supported the transaction alongside Finloop Technology, which served as the tokenisation agent.
Fosun International Asset Management Limited serves as investment adviser to the product issuer, providing advice on investment strategy and asset allocation.
Anchorpoint, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) established as a joint venture with HKT and Animoca Brands, was among the first entities granted a stablecoin issuer licence by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority under the Stablecoins Ordinance in April 2026.
Anchorpoint CEO Dominic Maffei said the transaction shows how HKDAP can support a tokenised note product across its lifecycle, from subscription to redemption and payment distribution.
Finloop plans to explore HKDAP and related wealth management products in institutional capital allocation, transaction payments, and collateral applications to help regulated stablecoins move from pilots into broader institutional adoption.
