intelliflo has acquired Mabel Insights, a research and portfolio analysis platform widely used across the UK advice market, the company announced on October 12, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mabel has been an intelliflo integration partner since 2024, and intelliflo said it wants Mabel at the center of its intelliflo office platform rather than alongside it.
Mabel gives advisors one place to research and compare investments across the market, model client outcomes, profile risk, and produce branded recommendation reports. It offers what it describes as one of the largest freely accessible UK databases of managed portfolio services and multi-asset solutions, covering more than 80 asset managers and discretionary fund managers and thousands of risk-rated portfolios, along with platforms, funds, stocks, cashflow modeling, and a digital fact-find. intelliflo office users can already move client details and portfolios between the two systems without rekeying, and intelliflo plans to invest in Mabel and deepen that connection while keeping it free for advice professionals.
The deal ties into one of WealthTech Strategy's key themes for the next five years: the future of TAMPs. As outsourced model portfolios are increasingly viewed as a commodity, providers compete on technology and distribution, and the research layer where advisors compare and select those portfolios gains importance. By owning a whole-of-market database of managed portfolios and building due diligence directly into the recommendation workflow, intelliflo places its platform at the point where advisors choose outsourced investment solutions.
