• Pounder will lead the firm's core data team, which underpins Aspen, its fully integrated technology platform, as well as its broader AI strategy.

• Pounder joins after five years at Wealth.com, most recently as Chief Technology Officer, where he guided engineering, security, and data teams through the company's Google Ventures-led Series A and Charles Schwab-led Series B funding rounds.
