Ritholtz Wealth Management, a national registered investment adviser managing over $9.4 billion in assets, selected Hadrius to monitor Claude Enterprise activity and archive user interactions firmwide.
Hadrius integrates with Claude's Compliance API to deliver real-time usage metrics and automatic recordkeeping intended to align AI oversight with SEC and FINRA requirements.
Ritholtz will consolidate all communications archiving onto Hadrius as part of the rollout.
The platform enables firms to log, review, and maintain audit-ready records of AI activity in the manner already applied to email communications.
The companies described a regulatory gap in which compliance obligations apply to AI tools while specific monitoring standards remain undefined.
Thomas Stewart, Hadrius co-founder and CEO, said compliance officers are being asked to roll out technology no one has written the rules for yet.
Hadrius has raised $27 million, serves more than 500 financial institutions, and reduces manual compliance review by approximately 70% according to the company.
