Houston Trust Company Goes Live with Fi-Tek's Global Wealth Enterprise Solution

Houston Trust Company has gone live on Fi-Tek's Global Wealth Enterprise Solution™ (GWES) as its core securities processing and accounting platform.
The GWES implementation is intended to deliver integrated, straight-through processing across Houston Trust's wealth management operations while reducing operational risk through automation of major functions.
Houston Trust is deploying the full GWES suite, including Performance+ functionality and Report Studio, the platform's newest addition.
Kristie Barnett, Senior Vice President and Chief Trust Operations Officer of Houston Trust Company, stated the platform enables the firm to better respond to rapidly evolving client needs.
Subir Chatterjee, President and CEO of Fi-Tek, characterized Houston Trust Company as a sophisticated client and affirmed the value of the ongoing partnership.
Houston Trust will also use Fi-Tek's Unified Managed Account (UMA) solution to support a multi-manager strategy through a single account with multiple sleeves and added reporting and performance capabilities.
