Indian Bank launches AI-TARA voice banking, Smart Wealth and IND Cash Optima at Global Fintech Fest 2026

Indian Bank launched a set of digital banking solutions at Global Fintech Fest 2026, including a voice-based conversational assistant, a personal finance management tool and a corporate cash management platform.
The bank introduced AI-TARA, or Trusted AI Relationship Assistant, which allows customers to access banking services through voice commands in 10 languages, including fund transfers, IMPS and fixed deposit creation.
Indian Bank said AI-TARA is aimed at making digital banking simpler and more accessible, particularly for senior citizens and customers with limited digital expertise.
The bank showcased Smart Wealth, a personal finance management module on its IndSMART platform that gives customers a consolidated view of their portfolio across bank accounts, mutual funds, deposits, equities, ETFs and the National Pension System.
Smart Wealth also provides spending analytics and personalised financial insights, according to the bank.
For corporate and institutional customers, the bank unveiled IND Cash Optima, a digital cash management platform combining digital collections, paperless corporate onboarding, mobile-based cash management and invoice-to-payment solutions.
Binod Kumar, MD and CEO of Indian Bank, said the bank was leveraging technology to make banking simpler, more accessible and responsive to evolving customer needs.
