Mili, an AI platform for wealth management firms, and Egnyte, a secure content collaboration and governance provider, announced a partnership that brings Mili's AI agents to client documents stored in Egnyte.
Advisors can point agents at a single file or an entire client folder alongside data from the firm's CRM, portfolio, and planning systems, with access governed by each advisor's existing Egnyte permissions.
Cited use cases include modeling the tax cost of moving client accounts into a firm strategy, weighing a rebalance against unrealized gains, summarizing a bonus agreement, and building a financial snapshot from a statement.
The agents link their answers to underlying sources and flag what an analysis may still need.
The release cites Kitces research identifying client document review as the most common advisor use of AI and placing a new financial plan at 15 to 40 hours of team time.
David Ringler, Managing Director at Onyx Bridge Wealth Group, which oversees more than $1.6 billion, said Mili's meeting prep and planning agents improved significantly once Egnyte data sat behind them.
The integration is live for mutual customers and builds on Mili's work with hundreds of advice firms, with the company reporting SOC 2 certification, ISO 27001 compliance, and clients managing more than $250 billion.
